Information you provide

When you submit a rental inquiry, we ask for your name, email address, optional preferred stay dates and message. We use this information to respond to your inquiry. An inquiry does not create a reservation or payment obligation.

How inquiries are handled

On a configured PHP host, the inquiry form attempts to deliver your information by email to info@timberfamily.ca. If the email service is unavailable, the page offers a link to send an email directly from your own email application. The website does not store a guest account, payment details or a booking database. The server may retain routine technical logs, and the email provider may retain messages in its mailbox.

Calendars and external websites

The date picker initially shows possible preferred dates, not confirmed availability. Once configured, third-party iCalendar feeds may provide blocked nights; those feeds can be delayed. Links to Airbnb (when added), Timber Festival, TimberFamily.ca and community information are outside this website and have their own privacy practices.

Cookies and analytics

The basic landing page does not set advertising or analytics cookies. If third-party analytics or booking services are added later, this information should be updated before activation.
